Our Services
Traveldi provides curated tours and tailor-made travel planning services in Vietnam. Tour descriptions, itineraries and prices shown on the website are for general guidance and may change. A booking is confirmed only after we have sent you a written confirmation and received any required deposit.
Inquiries & Bookings
When you submit an inquiry or booking request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers meet passport, visa, health and other requirements for their trip.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in the currency indicated at the time of booking and may be subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Payment terms, deposits and balance due dates will be set out in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and amendment terms depend on the specific tour and its suppliers and will be provided to you before you confirm a booking. We recommend that all travellers obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Liability
We take reasonable care in arranging your trip, but we act as an intermediary with independent suppliers such as hotels, transport operators and guides. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Viet Nam.
